Zoning & Land Use
Zoning and land use interpretation is conducted by Planning & Development Department staff for all applications for construction. Staff members primarily assess the applications and plans for conformance to the City's Land Development Code, Zoning Map, Future Land Use Map, and Comprehensive Plan. Sign applications are also reviewed and processed, and written and verbal inquiries are addressed.
