Pursuant to Sunrise City Code Section 2-398, a deposit is required prior to records research and production if the cost of research and production is estimated at more than $20.00.
Lien searches may be conducted for public service, code enforcement and special assessment liens on properties in Sunrise. Public service liens may also be issued by the City of Sunrise for Davie and Weston utility customers. All lien inquiries must be submitted on a Lien Inquiry Form along with the lien search fee of $100.00 per address/account/folio. Lien searches are valid for up to 30 days.
